Senior (Spring 2013)

In this group, swimmers will continue to work on technique; however the main focus will be training and building aerobic endurance to attain maximum potential. Swimmers are encouraged to attend 4-5 workouts per week during the school year and 6 or more workouts per week during the summer.

Age: Minimum age of 13

Focus: Training and endurance with continued focus on technique.

Typical Practice Structure (2 Hours):
15 Minutes of Warm-up
45 Minutes of Kicking, Pulling, Drilling (technique), or a Combination
60 Minutes of a Main-set

Equipment Needed:
Swim Cap
Goggles
Swim Suit
